From the moment you walk in our doors, we will make you feel like a part of the Synergy family! Intimidated by cycling classes? No need to fear! Our wonderful instructors and staff will help you with everything from check-in, to shoe size, to helping get your bike set up perfectly for you! Our instructors will push you during these classes, but you will constantly be encouraged to go at your own pace and to listen to your body. So come give it a spin!
